Founded and Run by James Nathan
When James stepped off the plane at Leeds Bradford Airport at the age of 23 he thought he was going to be a Chartered Accountant…. how wrong could he have been.
After qualifying in a top 20 firm, he joined a world leading global recruitment company and enjoyed a whirlwind of growth and change before jumping out of his comfort zone and opening West Search in 2007.
James is now one of the UK’s most successful and experienced search consultants and executive trainers and coaches, with well over two decades of experience in helping companies, professional practices and business consultancies find and develop their rising stars and leadership teams.
James works to a very clear set of core values, sat on a foundation of providing exceptional service whilst helping the very best businesses find and attract the very best talent to grow.
